The Stephen F Austin Lumberjacks fan version, honestly explained
This is the Stephen F Austin Lumberjacks supporter build.
Why the armhole is cut that way
An open armhole looks like a style choice and is not: it is what lets the Stephen F Austin Lumberjacks basketball build move with the wearer instead of against them.
For the youngest supporter in the family
A first Stephen F Austin Lumberjacks shirt is usually bought by someone else, so the sizing is set by age rather than by chest measurement.
Fan version vs on-field version
- Fan version: softer knit, roomier fit, lower price.
- On-field version: closer cut, firmer fabric, premium price.
- Team colours and crest are the same on both.
Version, sizing and what you are buying
The tier on this listing is the fan version one. Read that as a statement about fabric and grading, not about the design - the colours and crest are the same across the range.
The grade runs true for young fans. Between two sizes, the larger one gives a relaxed fit and the smaller one sits close to the body.
