Youth Rice Owls Football 2026 Lightweight Fan Version Jersey - Navy
Half the room is in Rice Owls colours by kick-off. This jersey is how you join them without looking like you tried too hard. Quick answer: Rice Owls supporter jersey for young supporters, fan version build, 2026.
The highlights
- Rice Owls colourway matched to the reference palette, not a near-enough shade
- Cold wash, hang dry, back in the rotation - nothing delicate about it
What you feel against the Rice Owls match shirt
Against the Rice Owls match shirt: a softer hand-feel, more give through the chest and shoulders, and a hem that does not ride up when you sit down.
September to January
A Rice Owls football season runs from late-summer heat to a bowl game in the cold.
Graded down, not scaled down
In the Rice Owls cut, scaling an adult block by a percentage gives a child a shirt with the wrong sleeve and a collar that gapes.
Replica build against match build
- Replica build: softer knit, easier grading, made for repeated washing.
- Match build: firmer fabric, athletic grading, premium price.
- Crest, colours and trim layout are identical across both.
Version, sizing and what you are buying
What you are buying is the fan version cut, which is what most supporters actually want. Same look as the on-field shirt, softer hand-feel, roomier fit, and easier to live in week to week.
For young fans, the chest measurement is the number that matters - letters vary between brands, measurements do not.
